OMG I just found this site and your post. My partner and I just moved here from Seattle. I have yet to try the bus but I am gonna have to soon as we only have one car and I need to hunt for a job. Is it really that big of a nightmare and what is up with the sidewalk thing.

This site seems to cater to departures from the midwest, but I can tell you how I found them–I checked out our local airport’s website to see which airlines flew direct to Vegas, and took it from there. I’d never heard of “Champion Air” before–they’re a little charter-plane company, but their website pointed me to this one to book a trip. A roundabout way to find it, but I’m pretty happy with how it worked out!

(And for someone who spent 18 years in Pennsylvania, I have never been to Pittsburgh. Crazy! How does that even happen?)

Wow! This is exactly what I was looking for…I also was having trouble finding a cheap trip package to Vegas and I was surprised how expensive they were even in the summer when tourism is low.
If you ever decide to travel to Pittsburgh, let me know. I’m one of the writers of the city blogs there!

I see this huge twisters on news footage and just thank my lucky stars we don’t get them over here in the UK.

Tornado chasers are nutjobs! Oh, and Twister was a rubbish film lol
